Set in 55 acres of wood and parkland, Theobalds Park is a magnificent Georgian Mansion House in the heart of Hertfordshire.
Situated less than a mile from junction 25 of the M25, this elegant property is within easy reach of Luton, Stansted and London City Airports, whilst also allowing easy access to the heart of London. All the 110 bedrooms are en suite, spacious and well appointed. There are excellent leisure facilities including a gym, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room as well as a comfortable bar and superb restaurant. During your stay you can also enjoy a complimentary internet cafe which includes free use of the internet and a delightful range of complimentary teas and coffees.

We have a selection of both smoking and no smoking bedrooms. For an additional charge, a late check out can be arranged. We regret to inform you that we do not offer room service. Check out time at the weekend is 10am.

All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable bedrooms. Many rooms are set within the tranquil surrounds of the hotel's two acre gardens.
At Theobalds Park we have two restaurants, The Courtyard and The Lady Meux. The Couryard is modern in concept where as The Lady Meux is part of the original Mansion House and is more traditional.
By car exit the m25 at Junction 25, head north towards Hertford on the a10. At the next roundabout take the first exit (left, into Lieutenant Ellis Way) and head towards Cuffley and Goffs Oak. Take the first left, signposted Theobalds Park and continue over the bridge and straight on. The entrance is in front of you.
